Great location in a beautiful area by the river, and a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Our room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a flat screen TV and darkening curtains. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit and breathtaking views of the river. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made our romantic escape enjoyable.

The pool water was cold, which was a disappointment. the restaurant prices for children's meals were expensive considering how narrow the menu options were.

I have been stayed at this hotel since 2004 year. I really like it! I like stuff most of all. It is the best stuff I`ve ever met!! The food in restaurant is very tasty , service is very good. Thank you!

Unfortunatly, not all of the rooms are comfortable: old furniture and darkness in the rooms.There is no difference between superior room and economy room, that is why I booked economy room last time.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel! The location in the city center was perfect, allowing me easy access to everything I wanted to do. The room was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff here were extremely nice and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious local products to choose from. The restaurant offered excellent food and the bar staff were real professionals. my experience here was top-notch, with enhanced comfort and quality services making my stay truly memorable.

Well trained, professional and friendly staff. The Fransmanni restaurant was excellent.

The parking fee !!! for guest at the hotel, and the parking need to be rearranged with more space for the cars. The room interior surfaces would need a facelift. Mould spots in the shower is not so nice either. Ventilation air intake in the bathroom would need to be cleaned now and then also.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the city centre, making it easy to explore this city. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and hotel facilities such as the flat-screen TV and toiletries were great. Breakfast had a varied selection and beautiful river views, whilst the staff were friendly, especially towards children.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair. The hotel ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
